What if I invite you to join me for a visit of an abandoned prison? You’re in ? Go for it ! In the north of France is a prison that has been abandoned for years now (en 2013 to be exact) and a lot of medias are talking abouit it. And for a good reason : it’s a god damn prison, how many abandoned prison have you ever visited ?!?! But you have to be careful, Roma and travellers have settled right next to the main building and regularly dig holes in the compound and several arrests have been made lately in the act of stealing copper and other materials. Other visitors also finished at the police office for trying to bring back home some memories from this jail, like keys …

The entrance is not very complex to find but we are nevertheless very careful. The progression is not easy at first, we are in a prison ! So even if many grids are wide open, others are well closed. Three hours of exploration at nightfall, pretty cool huh ? We’re alone in the place, well, that’s what we thought. When we go out, we realize that other people have emptied entire toners of printer ink, yeah, toners … Why ? No idea, but all these colors on the ground were not here when we entered the building. One thing is certain, if this flashy blue ink had been there when we entered, we would have realized it.
